朝天寺位于宝盖山万寿塔畔，建于1981年，占地200余亩，是一座儒释道三教合一的寺宇。寺宇依山形之高低走势定位取向，故错落有致，轩轾合宜；疏密弛张，顾盼多姿。建寺之处山脊略高，两侧缓坡远伸，地域开阔，宛若仙鹤展翅；朝天寺崇楼峻阁，绵延山脊，琳宇成片，气势恢宏。四周山脉环抱，东侧有山敦水库，西侧有龙穴水库，两个水库在阳光下皑皑发光，犹如鹤翅；中间庙宇座山脊之背，好像佩翁骑鹤升天，因此取名朝天寺。主要建筑包括天王殿、仙公阁、大雄宝殿、关圣帝宫、圆通殿、玄天上帝宫、玉皇殿等。

CHAOTIAN TEMPLE

Located by the Wanshou Pagoda of Baogai mountain as a reunion of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, the Chaotian Temple was founded in 1981 and covers an area of more than 200 mus. With the novel and ingenious design and layout, the temple is built on a slightly high ridge with gentle slopes on both sides extending far and wide, like a crane spreading its wings. Been built as a high building and a steep pavilion with a long ridge, Chaotian Temple is forming a magnificent landscape with the gate standing by the roadside of Shiyong highway. The temple is surrounded by mountains, with Shandun reservoir in the east and Longxue reservoir in the west. The two reservoirs shine like crane wings in the sun. The name of Chaotian Temple is derived because it stands on the back of the ridge, like immortals riding crane flying to the sky. The main buildings include Tianwang Hall, Xiangong Pavilion, Daxiong Hall, Guandi Palace, Yuantong Hall, Jade Emperor Hall, etc.
